Approvals & Sending

Before any email is sent, it must be approved. This keeps outreach human-supervised and on-brand.

Approval Flow

  1. AI drafts an email for a lead (based on approach angle and context)
  2. Draft appears in Approvals or on the Lead Detail page
  3. Reviewer approves, rejects, or requests a re-draft
  4. On approval, the email is sent from the tool (no Gmail tab)

Where to Approve

  • Approvals page — Bulk review queue for all pending drafts
  • Lead Detail page — Approve in context of the full lead profile and conversation

After Sending

  • Status updates to “sent”
  • Open and click events are tracked (when available)
  • Follow-up sequence starts automatically (e.g. Day 3, Day 7, Day 14)
  • If the lead replies, follow-ups are cancelled
