Managing Leads

Managing Leads

The Leads section is your primary pipeline — every contact Predylo has scored and staged for outreach. Use the list view to prioritize, filter, and bulk-update records; open any lead for full context, collaboration, and sending.

What it is

A lead is a person + company in your org with:

  • ICP Score (0–100) — fit against your Ideal Customer Profile
  • Reachability Score (0–100) — likelihood of response (email validity, LinkedIn, signals)
  • Priority tier — combined label (e.g. A1, B1)
  • Sales stage — where they sit in your process
  • Status — pipeline state (new, pending approval, sent, etc.)
  • Owner — assigned rep (Lead Ownership)
  • Tags — flexible labels (Tags & Segments)

Lead list view

Leads display in a table (cards on small screens) with sortable columns and pagination.

Each row shows name, company, scores, stage, owner, tags, and status at a glance. Click a row to open lead detail.

Search and filters

Use the filter bar above the table:

FilterPurpose
SearchMatch email, full name, or company
CampaignLeads from a specific campaign
Project typeFilter by project type field
StageSales stage (new, contacted, qualified, etc.)
OwnerAll, My leads, Unassigned, or a teammate
TagLeads with a specific tag
ReachableReachable now vs Outside hours (timezone-aware calling windows)

Active filters show as removable chips. Combine filters to narrow the pipeline — then save as a segment.

Saved segments

The Saved views bar (when filters or segments exist) lets you:

  • Click a saved segment to re-apply its filters
  • Save current filters as a new personal or shared segment

Segments store campaign, stage, owner, tag, reachable, project type, and search parameters.

Bulk actions

Select leads with row checkboxes to reveal the bulk action bar:

ActionEffect
Run pipelineScore/enrich/draft pipeline for selected leads
Assign owner…Set or clear owner on all selected (details)
Set stage…Update sales stage with audit activity per lead
Add tag…Apply an org tag to all selected (details)

Bulk owner assignment sends one summary notification to the new assignee. Clear selection with Clear when done.

Lead detail page

Click any lead for the full profile:

Header and ownership

  • Contact summary, scores, priority tier, sales stage
  • Owner dropdown — assign or unassign (Lead Ownership)
  • Tags editor — add/remove/create tags inline
  • Presence — avatars of teammates currently viewing this lead (“Viewing now”)

Contact and company

  • Email, phone, LinkedIn, job title
  • Company name, website, enrichment context
  • Timezone (drives reachable filters)

Intelligence

  • ICP breakdown and reachability signals
  • Approach Angle — AI hook, angle, and what to avoid
  • Company intel and trigger events when enriched

Conversation and drafts

  • Conversation — chronological sent emails and replies
  • Drafts — pending or historical outreach drafts
  • Reply composer sends via your org sending domain; thread updates in place

Comments and collaboration

The Comments panel supports team discussion on the lead:

  • Threaded comments with author and timestamp
  • @mentions of org members (notifies mentioned users)
  • Real-time updates via live subscription — new comments appear without refresh
  • Reply inline or delete your own comments

Use comments for handoff notes, call summaries, and internal context that should not go in the email thread.

Presence awareness

When another teammate has the same lead detail open, presence shows their initials in the header. This prevents duplicate outreach and makes live collaboration visible. Only others are shown — not yourself.

Tasks and reminders

Schedule follow-ups and assigned tasks from the lead (see Reminders & Meetings). Tasks assigned to you appear on My Work.

Step-by-step: prioritize today’s outreach

  1. Open Leads.
  2. Filter ReachableReachable now.
  3. Filter OwnerMy leads (or your team’s segment).
  4. Sort by priority tier or ICP score.
  5. Select top rows → Run pipeline if drafts are needed.
  6. Approve sends from Lead Inbox or Approvals.

Step-by-step: organize a campaign batch

  1. Filter Campaign → your new import.
  2. Bulk Assign owner… to distribute across reps.
  3. Bulk Add tag… e.g. Q2 outbound.
  4. Save current filters as shared segment “Q2 outbound – uncontacted” with stage = new.

Step-by-step: collaborate on a hot lead

  1. Open lead detail.
  2. Check presence — see if a teammate is already viewing.
  3. Add a comment with @mention to loop in your manager.
  4. Assign Owner if accountability was unclear.
  5. Send reply from Conversation or approve draft from inbox.

Tips

  • My Work vs Leads — Leads is the full org pipeline; My Work is your assigned tasks and owned follow-ups only.
  • Tags for semantics, stages for process — tags cross-cut; stage drives reporting.
  • Reachable filter before calling — respects lead timezone for connect rates.
  • Presence is ephemeral — avatars disappear when teammates leave the page.
  • Comments ≠ activities — pipeline system events log separately; comments are for human notes.
