Managing Leads

The Leads section shows every lead in your pipeline with scores, status, and conversation history.

Lead List View

Leads are displayed in a table (or cards on mobile) with:

  • Name & company — Contact and organization
  • ICP Score — How well they match your ideal customer (0–100)
  • Reachability Score — Likelihood of getting a response (0–100)
  • Status — e.g. new, pending approval, completed
  • Priority tier — A1, B1, etc. based on fit and reachability

Sort and filter by score, status, or campaign.

Lead Detail Page

Click a lead to open the full detail view:

  • Contact info — Email, LinkedIn, phone
  • Company context — Size, industry, website
  • Scores — ICP breakdown and reachability signals
  • Approach Angle — AI-suggested hook, angle, and what to avoid
  • Conversation — Full thread of sent emails and replies
  • Drafts — Pending or approved outreach drafts

Conversation Thread

All sent emails and replies appear in chronological order. You can reply directly from this page; replies are sent via your configured email and tracked in the thread.
