Meta Lead Ads Setup

Sync Facebook and Instagram Instant Form submissions into Predylo’s Ad Leads queue. Leads are verified by your sales team before entering the primary pipeline.

Overview

Create a Meta App and save credentials in Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads
Configure webhook (Page → leadgen field)
Connect Facebook Page(s) with Page ID + long-lived Page Access Token
Test → submissions appear in Ad Leads

Sales workflow

Step	Action
New	Lead arrives from Meta webhook
Review	Rep checks form data, edits contact if needed
Call	Rep logs verification call notes
Promote	Valid lead moves to primary Leads
Dismiss	Junk/accidental/fake — structured dismiss reason

Meta leads never auto-enter the Leads table.

Troubleshooting

No leads appearing — Check Connected Pages, token expiry, DLQ under Settings
Verification failed — Verify token must match Meta and Predylo exactly
Empty fields — Ensure leads_retrieval permission; Meta may delay 5–30 seconds
