Companies
The Companies page is your org-wide directory of sourced companies — organizations discovered through campaign runs, research pipelines, and related prospecting flows. Use it to see what accounts Predylo has already found before duplicating research.
What it is
Each row in /companies represents a record in sourced_companies tied to your organization and (usually) a parent campaign. The page shows aggregate counts and a sortable table — not a CRM account object with its own detail page, but a cross-campaign index of discovered companies.
Displayed fields:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Company name (links to the campaign’s companies tab) |
| Industry | Industry when captured |
| Employees | Employee count estimate |
| Location | HQ or primary location |
| Status | Sourcing/processing status for that company record |
| Website | External link when available |
Who uses it
| Role | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Rep | Check if a target account was already sourced |
| Admin / Owner | Audit campaign output volume and coverage |
How companies get here
Companies appear when:
- A campaign runs its company-discovery phase (Apollo, Redrob, CSV, or research pipeline depending on source)
- Research or Claude research runs ingest company records into the campaign context
The Companies page rolls up records across all campaigns in your org. For campaign-specific context (people found, run history), open the company via the name link.
Step-by-step: find if you already sourced an account
- Go to Companies in the sidebar.
- Scan the table or sort by recent entries (default: newest first).
- Click the company name to open the parent campaign on the Companies tab.
- From there, review people/leads tied to that campaign.
Step-by-step: research a company not in the directory
If the account is missing:
- Use Research to investigate the company manually.
- Or add/adjust a campaign targeting that segment and run the pipeline.
- After the next run, the company should appear here and on the campaign.
Empty state
If no companies exist yet:
No sourced companies yet. Run a campaign to discover companies.
Create a campaign, connect a lead source, and execute a run — companies populate as the pipeline discovers organizations matching your ICP.
Tips
- Companies ≠ Leads — this directory is account-level discovery; people become leads when promoted or imported.
- Use campaign link for depth — the global list is an index; campaign view has run-specific detail.
- Cross-check before Research — save API credits by confirming the account is not already sourced.
- Status column — useful to spot companies still processing vs. ready for people search.
