Getting Started
This guide walks you through Predylo by workflow. You’ll learn what each piece means and how to use it in the right order — from first login through daily execution and team review.
The Outbound Workflow (At a Glance)
ICP → Campaign → Leads → Approve → Send → Track replies & follow up → Pipeline → CloseEverything in Predylo follows this flow. We’ll go step by step.
1. Sign in & Invite Your Team
Sign in with your organization email. If you’ve been invited, you’ll receive a link to set your password and join the workspace.
Invite teammates: Owners and admins go to Settings → Users, add emails, and assign roles (Member or Admin). See Team & Roles.
Everyone in the org shares campaigns, leads, and inbox. Configure API keys before importing leads.
2. Define Your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
What is an ICP? Your ICP describes who you want to reach: job titles, industries, company size, and geography. Predylo uses it to score and prioritize leads, and to draft context-aware outreach.
Before importing leads, define one or more ICP profiles:
- Go to ICP Profiles in the sidebar
- Create a new profile (e.g. “Enterprise HealthTech CTO”, “SMB SaaS Founder”)
- Set targeting rules:
- Job titles — CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product, etc.
- Industries — Healthcare, FinTech, SaaS
- Company size — Employee ranges (1–10, 11–50, 51–200, etc.)
- Geography — Countries and regions
The system uses this to score every lead and tailor AI-generated emails. You can have multiple ICP profiles (e.g. one for enterprise, one for SMB).
3. Create a Campaign
What is a Campaign? A campaign connects your ICP to a lead source. It’s the pipeline that brings leads into the system.
Classic campaigns
- Go to Campaigns
- Click New Campaign
- Name it (e.g. “HealthTech CTOs – Apollo”)
- Select an ICP profile
- Choose a lead source:
- Apollo — Sync from Apollo.io
- Redrob — Sync from Redrob (India-focused)
- CSV — Upload a CSV file
- Configure filters if needed
See Campaigns & ICP for details.
Campaigns V2 (company-first)
For account-based prospecting, use Campaigns V2: browse Apollo companies with full pagination, research fit with AI intel briefs, then import decision makers per company. See Campaigns V2.
Once created, leads flow in and are automatically scored against the ICP.
4. Understand Leads & Scoring
What is a Lead? A lead is a contact (person + company) from a campaign. Each lead gets two scores:
| Score | What it means |
|---|---|
| ICP Score (0–100) | How well they match your ideal customer — role, industry, size, geography |
| Reachability Score (0–100) | Likelihood of getting a response — email validity, LinkedIn presence, trigger signals |
Leads are assigned a priority tier (A1, B1, etc.) based on both scores. High ICP + high reachability = work those first.
Where to see leads: Leads — list with scores and status. Click any lead for detail: contact info, company context, approach angle, and conversation thread.
Organize leads:
- Lead ownership — Assign a rep to each lead
- Tags & segments — Label leads for filtering and campaigns
See Managing Leads for the full detail page tour.
5. Approve & Send Outreach
Before any email goes out, it must be approved.
- AI drafts an email for each lead based on ICP, reachability, and approach angle
- Drafts appear in Approvals or on the Lead Detail page
- You approve, reject, or request a re-draft
- On approval, the email is sent directly from Predylo (no Gmail tab)
This keeps outreach on-brand and compliant. See Approvals & Sending.
For multi-step playbooks beyond default follow-ups, enroll leads in Cadences.
6. Track Replies & Follow Up
Lead Inbox is where replies and follow-ups live:
- Replies — All replies with previews; click through for full conversation
- Follow-ups — Automated sequences (Day 3, Day 7, Day 14). “Due Today” on the Dashboard
- Pending — Leads needing approval or action
Replies cancel follow-up steps automatically. Respond from lead detail’s Conversation section.
Call prospects from the built-in Dialer — recordings and AI summaries log to the lead automatically.
See Lead Inbox & Replies.
7. Use My Work & the Dashboard Daily
Two pages anchor your day:
Dashboard
Your org-wide today view:
- Follow-ups due today
- Attention leads
- Pending approvals and reply counts
- Recent team activity
See Dashboard & Overview.
My Work
Your personal queue:
- Tasks and reminders assigned to you
- Owned leads needing action
- Overdue follow-ups
See My Work.
Suggested rhythm: Dashboard first (5 min) → My Work (execute) → Lead Inbox (replies) → Pipeline (stage updates).
8. Move Deals Through Pipeline
Track progress on the Deals Pipeline Kanban board:
- Drag leads across stages: New → Enriched → Qualified → Contacted → … → Won
- Set deal value for forecast metrics
- Schedule meetings to auto-advance to Meeting stage
9. Collaborate With Your Team
Predylo is multi-player outbound:
- Comments & @mentions — Internal discussion on lead detail
- Notifications — Bell alerts for assignments and mentions
- Reminders & meetings — Assign tasks to teammates
- Duplicate detection — Merge duplicate records (admin)
Configure Slack for channel visibility on mentions and assignments.
10. Review Performance
- Analytics Overview — Org-wide emails, calls, pipeline value, API spend
- Team Performance — Per-rep metrics (admin/owner only): ownership, pipeline, calls, activities
Admins review team performance weekly; reps use Analytics for reply-rate context.
