- Link to full conversation thread on the lead detail page

Follow-ups
Leads with active follow-up sequences. See which step they’re on and when the next follow-up is due.
Replying from Lead Detail
On the lead detail page, the Conversation section shows the full thread. Use the reply composer to respond directly. Emails are sent via your configured sending domain (e.g. outreach@yourcompany.com) and tracked in the thread.
