Bookmarks

Bookmarks store completed company and person research so you can reopen intel instantly without repeating Serper, Apollo, or AI calls.

What it is

When you Save research on /research, Predylo persists the full result payload (company intel, person profile, or candidate list) as an org-scoped bookmark. Bookmarks appear in:

  • Bookmarks page (/bookmarks) — full library with search and filters
  • Research page — quick-load chips under the search bar
  • Dashboard Research hub — recent saved research shortcuts

Loading a bookmark serves cached data immediately. You can Refresh on the Research page to fetch live results again.

Who uses it

Bookmark types

TypeWhat is saved
CompanyFull CompanyResearchResult — signals, news, people panel state, scores
PersonSelected person profile + optional company intel, or candidate list if saved before selection

Step-by-step: save research

  1. Run a search on /research (company or person).
  2. When results load, click Save (bookmark icon).
  3. Predylo stores the snapshot tied to the query name and mode.

For person search you can save at the candidate list stage or after selecting a specific person.

Step-by-step: open a bookmark

From Bookmarks page:

  1. Go to Bookmarks in the sidebar.
  2. Filter All, Companies, or People.
  3. Use the search box to filter by name.
  4. Click a row to expand the saved intel inline.
  5. Click Open in Research to load the full workspace view.

From Research or Dashboard:

  1. Click a saved-research chip (company/person icon + name).
  2. Research opens with cached data and an amber Loaded from saved research banner.
  3. Click Refresh if you need up-to-date signals.

Step-by-step: delete a bookmark

  1. On Bookmarks, expand the entry or use the delete control on the chip (Research/Dashboard).
  2. Confirm deletion — the saved snapshot is removed; it does not delete any leads you already created from that research.

Tips

  • Save before leaving Research — unsaved results are lost when you navigate away.
  • Refresh strategically — hiring news and funding change; stale bookmarks may miss recent triggers.
  • Name discipline — bookmarks key off the search query name; use consistent company spelling.
  • Combine with Add lead — bookmark for later, or add to Leads immediately when ready to outreach.
  • Filter on Bookmarks page — faster than scrolling Research chips when your library grows.
  • Research — run searches and save from the workspace
  • Managing Leads — work leads after promoting from research
  • Companies — campaign-sourced company directory (separate from bookmarks)
