Ad Leads

Ad Leads is Predylo’s queue for Meta Lead Ad submissions — Instant Forms on Facebook and Instagram. Leads sync via webhook (or CSV upload), get verified by your sales team, then promote into the primary Leads table or dismiss with a structured reason.

Meta leads never auto-enter Leads. Human review is required by design.

What it is

When someone submits a Meta Instant Form:

  1. Meta sends a webhook to Predylo (/api/webhooks/meta-leadgen)
  2. Predylo fetches full field data from the Graph API
  3. Record appears on Ad Leads (/ad-leads) with status New

Each record stores form fields, campaign/ad metadata, assignment, call notes, and promotion/dismiss history.

Filter tabs across the top show counts per status. Filter by form when you run multiple Instant Forms.

Step-by-step: review a new Meta lead

  1. Open Ad LeadsNew tab.
  2. Click a row to open the review sheet.
  3. Confirm name, email, phone, and custom form fields.
  4. Edit contact info if the submitter typo’d.
  5. Assign to a rep if your team splits verification work.
  6. Mark In review implicitly by opening; log a call with notes when you reach them.

Step-by-step: promote to Leads

After verification confirms a real opportunity:

  1. Ensure email/phone are correct in the review sheet.
  2. Click Promote.

Predylo creates a lead in the primary pipeline (or links existing duplicate email), marks the ad lead promoted, and shows a link to /leads/[id].

Then assign ownership and run your normal outreach flow.

Step-by-step: dismiss junk

  1. Open the ad lead.
  2. Choose Dismiss.
  3. Select a reason: fake, duplicate, wrong region, test submission, other (notes required).
  4. Submit — record moves to Dismissed; no Leads entry is created.

Structured dismiss reasons feed the quality panel over time.

Sync and troubleshooting

Leads arrive within seconds to minutes of Meta submission (Graph API may delay 5–30s).

If nothing appears:

  • Confirm Connected Pages and token expiry under Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads
  • Verify webhook URL and leadgen subscription on the Facebook Page
  • Check token permissions: leads_retrieval, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, pages_show_list
  • Inspect DLQ/error logs in Settings for failed webhook deliveries

CSV upload

Use CSV upload when importing historical Meta exports or recovering from an outage. Uploaded rows follow the same review workflow as webhook leads.

Tips

  • Call before promote — Meta forms have high typo and junk rates; the Called status tracks verification discipline.
  • Use form filter — separate webinar vs. demo request forms for different reps.
  • Never expect auto-promote — unlike some CRMs, Predylo keeps Ad Leads isolated until a human promotes.
  • Quality panel weekly — spot forms that produce dismiss-heavy traffic; adjust Meta targeting.
  • Ad Leads ≠ Discovery — email forwards use Discovery; Meta forms use Ad Leads only.
