Campaigns & ICP

Campaigns connect your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to a lead source. This is how you bring qualified leads into the system.

ICP Profiles

Define who you’re targeting:

  • Job titles — CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product, etc.
  • Industries — Healthcare, FinTech, SaaS, Manufacturing
  • Company size — Employee ranges (1–10, 11–50, 51–200, etc.)
  • Geography — Countries and regions

Each profile can have multiple targeting rules. Leads are scored against the active ICP for the campaign.

Campaign Setup

  1. Go to Campaigns

  2. Click New Campaign

  3. Name the campaign and select an ICP profile

  4. Choose a lead source:

    • Apollo — Sync from Apollo.io
    • Redrob — Sync from Redrob (India-focused)
    • CSV — Upload a CSV file
  5. Configure filters (company size, region, etc.) if needed

Lead Import Flow

When leads are imported:

  1. Data is normalized and enriched
  2. ICP score is calculated (rules + LLM adjustment)
  3. Reachability score is calculated (email validity, LinkedIn, triggers)
  4. Approach angle is generated for outreach
  5. Drafts are created for approval

You can track import progress and lead counts in the campaign view.
