Dashboard & Overview

The Dashboard is your command center for outbound. Use it every morning — before diving into individual leads — to see what needs your attention today.

It complements My Work (your personal task queue) and Analytics (monthly org metrics). The dashboard is operational and today-focused.

Morning routine (5 minutes)

  1. Follow-ups due today — Approve and send scheduled email follow-ups
  2. Attention leads — Stale or high-priority leads that need a touch
  3. Stat cards — Pending approvals, replies, discovery queue, follow-up count
  4. Recent activity — What the team sent, approved, and received overnight
  5. Company signals — Fresh triggers (funding, hiring, news) on your leads

Then open My Work for assigned tasks and owned leads.

What you’ll see

Follow-ups due today

Leads that need a built-in sequence follow-up email today appear at the top. These are separate from cadence enrollments — they’re the default Day 3 / Day 7 / Day 14 pattern after first send.

For each due follow-up you can:

  • Preview the AI-generated draft
  • Approve and send with one click
  • Open lead detail for full context
  • Skip or handle manually if the situation changed

Follow-ups auto-cancel when the lead replies — always check Lead Inbox replies before sending a scheduled touch.

Attention leads

Leads flagged for follow-up based on pipeline stage, last activity, and priority tier. Work these after clearing Due Today — often a quick call (Dialer) or a task is enough.

Stat cards

Quick links to key queues:

CardMeaning
Pending approvalDrafts waiting in Approvals or inbox
RepliesInbound replies needing response
Follow-ups dueCount of sequence steps due today
Discovery newInbound emails staged in Discovery (if enabled)
Ad leadsMeta ad leads awaiting review (if enabled)

Click any card to jump directly to that queue.

Recent activity

Track approvals, sends, and replies across the org:

  • Who approved which draft
  • When emails went out
  • When leads replied
  • Audit events for compliance visibility

Useful for managers doing a quick pulse check without opening Team Performance.

Company signals

Recent signals attached to your leads — funding rounds, job postings, news mentions, and other triggers that affect approach angles. Click through to lead detail to refresh outreach context before sending.

Daily habits that work

  • Clear pending first — Don’t let drafts sit; stalled approvals block cadences too.
  • Reply before follow-up — A reply cancels the sequence; responding beats sending a scheduled nudge.
  • One pipeline pass weekly — From dashboard stats, jump to Pipeline Friday to move stale deals.
  • Check signals before calls — Reference fresh news on dialer calls for better connect rates.

Tips

  • Bookmark the dashboard — It’s the default landing page after login for most reps.
  • Pair with notifications — Bell alerts for assignments; dashboard for proactive queue review. See Notifications.
  • Admins: scan activity — Recent audit entries catch stuck workflows before reps escalate.
  • Tags for focus — After dashboard triage, filter tagged segments for campaign-specific work blocks.
