Profile & Notification Preferences
Manage your personal account under Settings → Profile. Update how your name appears to teammates, change your password, and control notification email behavior for each organization you belong to.
In-app notifications (bell) always deliver regardless of email settings — email prefs only control whether you also get mail.
Profile settings
Display name
Your display name appears in:
- Comment and @mention author lines
- Notification actor (“Sarah assigned you a task”)
- Activity log attribution
Set a recognizable name — first name or “First Last” — so teammates know who mentioned them.
Email address
Your login email comes from Supabase Auth. It cannot be changed in-app; contact your org admin for email updates on invited accounts.
Password
Use Change password to set a new password. Requires your current session. Invited users set their initial password via the invite link.
Notification preferences
Each org has independent prefs stored on your user profile. Switch orgs in the workspace and configure separately.
Instant email toggles
Control which notification types also send email immediately:

Turn off types you don’t want in your inbox — you’ll still see them in the bell.
Daily digest
Instead of (or in addition to) instant emails:
- Off — No digest (default)
- Daily — One summary email per day
Digest includes notifications from the last 24 hours that haven’t been emailed yet. Sent at your chosen UTC hour (0–23, default 8 UTC).
Digest is ideal if you check Predylo once each morning and don’t want per-event email noise.
Saving preferences
Click Save notification preferences after changes. Prefs apply immediately to new notifications.
Per-org behavior
If you’re in Acme Sales and Acme Sandbox:
- Acme Sales: instant email for mentions and assignments
- Acme Sandbox: digest only at 14 UTC
The help assistant and notification system read prefs for the currently active org.
What email notifications look like
Instant and digest emails include:
- Notification title and body
- Link back to the lead or page in Predylo
- Your org context
Emails send via the org’s Resend configuration. If email fails, in-app notifications still work.
Tips
- Keep mention + task assigned on — These are highest-signal for team coordination.
- Disable comment instant email on high-traffic shared leads — rely on bell + digest.
- Align digest hour with your standup — Set UTC hour so digest arrives before your daily pipeline review.
